Yes, the first surprise our customers experience is how much and how actionable the feedback is. The amount depends on the type of content but you can expect 10-25 reactions and 1-2 written feedback per 1.000 page views.
Askem Feedback is designed to maximize both quantitative and qualitative data. Initially customers are asked “Did you find what you were looking for?” and they can click on buttons such as “Yes”, “No” and “I need more info”. After that they are prompted to write additional information.
Yes. Our AI model goes through your feedback and summarizes it for each content page. This is especially useful when you don’t have time to react to the feedback on a continuous basis.
Askem is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. No cookies, IP addresses or other profiles are saved. Phone numbers, email addresses, social security codes are automatically removed from all feedback. Additionally, feedback can be deleted and manually anonymized.
