How do I delete feedback?
Deleting a feedback is meant to delete spam, offensive or privacy-infringing content. One should agree within their Organization how and when to use this feature. For archiving and marking as handled, we recommend usign Statuses.
Here's the process for Deleting a Feedback:
- Once you are on the Insights Page and have selected an Article, choose the feedback you'd like to delete
- Click on the "actions" icon (three vertical lines)
- Click "Delete"
- Click "Confirm" button on the right side options panel
It's worth noting, deleting a Feedback will delete a feedback forever. So instead of deleting feedback, if you are not sure, we usually recommend changing the feedback status to "not relevant".
